ADHD coaching has not only been helpful, but I would say it has been pivotal for me, I would say the most helpful part of the coaching has been learning the strategies & techniques to overcome my challenges. Instead of feeling hopelessly overwhelmed, I have the tools in my toolbox that help me break down goals into manageable steps. Coaching has given me the confidence to make changes at work & at home.

Although life is not "perfect" by any means, I feel that I have gotten the hang of how to change patterns & can continue in the same vein to approach the challenges that remain & that present themselves in the future.
