March is Women’s History Month. For many women ADHD is often a hidden disorder, ignored, or misdiagnosed, causing them to suffer in silence.
As a women with ADHD and ADHD Coach I strive to spread awareness about the issues that women with ADHD face, as it is a key part of my core mission — to teach people with attention, learning, and behavioral challenges how to lead successful, satisfying lives.
With that being said, for the month of March I am going to provide my YOU (my supporters) with articles, podcasts, and much more from women with ADHD.
To start off, I wanted to provide you with an article on Why ADHD in Women is Routinely Dismissed, Misdiagnosed, and Treated Inadequately from ADDitude Magazine. https://www.additudemag.com/adhd-in-women-misunderstood-symptoms-treatment/
